Legal information
Terms and conditions
These terms apply to the address services of MijnBedrijfsadres.nl. Last updated: 11 September 2026.
1. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to every application, agreement and service provided by MijnBedrijfsadres.nl. Deviations apply only if agreed in writing.
2. Services
MijnBedrijfsadres.nl offers, among other services, a Privacy Mailing Address and Business Address Complete. The Privacy Mailing Address is intended solely for business correspondence and does not independently grant the right to register the address as a visiting or registered-office address.
After acceptance, Business Address Complete includes the agreed address service, mail handling and access to a shared flex workspace during the established opening hours. The final assessment of whether the address can be registered as a visiting or registered-office address in a specific situation rests with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce and other competent authorities.
3. Application, identification and acceptance
An online application does not automatically result in acceptance. We may request additional information and documents, including information about directors, UBOs, identity, business activities and the origin or purpose of the business relationship. We may reject an application if it does not meet our acceptance criteria or legal obligations.
4. Use of the address
The customer may use the address only for the company or companies included in the agreement and for lawful business activities. The address may not be used by third parties or other companies without our prior consent.
When Business Address Complete is used as a visiting or registered-office address, the customer is responsible for actual use that meets the applicable registration requirements.
5. Workspace and access
For Business Address Complete, a personal access tag may be provided. It is personal and may not be lent to others. Access is permitted during the opening hours set by MijnBedrijfsadres.nl and for the agreed business use of the shared space. Access may be withdrawn or blocked upon termination or suspension.
6. Mail handling
Mail received in the name of the registered company may be opened, scanned and made available digitally or forwarded by email, insofar as this is included in the selected plan. Physical forwarding may be provided at the shipping and handling rates applicable at that time.
7. Rates, invoicing and payment
Current subscription rates are listed on the website and in the agreement. Amounts exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Invoices generally have a 14-day payment term. If payment is not made, we may send a reminder and ultimately suspend or terminate the service.
8. Term and cancellation
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, subscriptions can be cancelled monthly. Cancellation must be made by email or another written method accepted by us. Outstanding invoices remain payable.
9. Customer changes
The customer must promptly report changes including directors, UBOs, legal form, business activities, contact details and relevant registrations to MijnBedrijfsadres.nl. We may require reassessment or additional documentation if circumstances change.
10. Prohibited use and termination
Use for fraud, deception, criminal activities, sanctions evasion or other activities contrary to laws and regulations is prohibited. If we suspect misuse, incorrect information, a legal necessity or serious reputational risk, we may suspend or immediately terminate the service.
11. Liability
MijnBedrijfsadres.nl performs the services with due care. To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect loss, consequential loss, lost profits or loss caused by third parties is excluded. The customer remains responsible for correct registration with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce, accessibility and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
12. Privacy and records
Personal data and documents are processed as described in our privacyverklaring. For customer due diligence and record keeping, we may retain data for as long as legally or reasonably necessary.
13. Changes to terms
We may amend these terms when legislation, services or business operations require it. We will appropriately inform existing customers of material changes.
14. Governing law
The agreement is governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent Dutch court unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
