Who processes your data?
MijnBedrijfsadres.nl, part of De Verzendexpert B.V., Hallenweg 16, 5683 CT Best, KVK 99522233, processes personal data for applications and service delivery.
What data do we process?
We process contact and company details, information about directors and UBOs, identification and KVK documents, information about business activities, billing details, file notes and information required for statutory customer due diligence.
Why?
To assess and perform applications and agreements, handle mail, invoice customers, provide security, prevent fraud, provide customer service and comply with legal obligations such as the Dutch Wwft.
KYC, UBO and Wwft
As a provider of business addresses, we perform customer due diligence. Depending on the risk, additional checks may be required. Identity and file data are stored securely and used only for our services and legal obligations.
Website analytics and campaigns
The website uses Google Analytics and may record campaign parameters such as source, medium and campaign to measure which marketing leads to applications. We use this information to improve the website and campaigns.
Retention periods
We do not retain data longer than necessary, except where a statutory retention obligation applies. Statutory retention periods apply to Wwft files and financial records.
Sharing with third parties
We share data only when necessary for service delivery, secure hosting/IT, mail or payment services, or when required by law or regulation.

Digital signatures and onboarding
When you complete an agreement, KYC declaration or UBO declaration online, we store the signing time and technical audit data such as the IP address and browser type in addition to the information entered. We use this to demonstrate the origin and integrity of the digital declaration and for our statutory and administrative record-keeping obligations.
